🛠 Tools You’ll Need

• Thin metal prying tool

• Metal crowbar

• Small prying knife 

• Tweezers

• Adhesive (T7000)

• Clamp

• Lint-free cloth  (optional) 

📌 Step 1: Prepare & Remove Straps

• Power off your watch.

• Use tweezers to remove both straps for easier screen access.

📌 Step 2: Open the Screen

• Slide a thin metal tool around the edges to cut the waterproof seal.

• Use a prying knife to create a small opening on the black edge.

• Gradually widen the gap with gentle, even pressure.

📌 Step 3: Lift Screen & Disconnect

• Carefully lift the screen without pulling too hard to avoid tearing ribbon cables.

• Disconnect the two BTB connectors using tweezers.

• Clean the back cover and remove old adhesive with a lint-free cloth and alcohol.

📌 Step 4: Install Replacement Screen & Seal

• Reconnect the two BTB connectors.

• Apply adhesive evenly along the groove.

• Reattach straps and optionally use a clamp for 2 hours to improve sealing.
