🔧 ZTE A75 Pro Teardown & Reassembly Guide
Ever wondered what’s hiding inside the ZTE A75 Pro? This guide walks you through the full teardown and reassembly process — step by step. Whether you’re replacing a battery, checking components, or just curious, this one’s for you.
🛠 Tools You’ll Need
-
Polar Tech Magic Self-Heating Pad
- Polar Tech Phone Repair Toolkit (Isopropyl alcohol ,Metal shim, Plastic pry card, Tweezers, Spudger, Precision screwdriver set)
Step 1: Heat and Remove the Back Cover
Start by powering off the phone (the golden rule of repairs).
Usea Polar Tech Magic Self-Heating Pad to warm up the back cover for about ten minutes — just enough to soften the adhesive.

Slip in a thin metal blade to open a gap, then switch to a plastic card with a bit of alcohol to loosen the glue.

Remember, patience beats force every time!
Step 2: Remove the Components
Once the back is off, take out all 16 screws — keep them organised on a magnetic mat.

Disconnect the battery first, then all BTB connectors and coaxial cables. The dual rear AI cameras pack a 50MP main lens and a 2MP depth sensor, while the selfie camera gives you 5MP of honest effort.

If you’re replacing the battery, a little alcohol around the edges helps release that stubborn glue.

Step 3: Install the New Parts
Reinstall the motherboard carefully, starting from the right side.

Reconnect every cable, replace any new parts, and reinstall the mid-frame
A quick test before sealing up will save you a lot of trouble later — check the touch screen, camera, and charging port.

Step 4: Reassemble and Test
Once everything’s confirmed working, make sure all screws go back where they came from and the back cover.
If the old adhesive lost its grip, add a thin layer of B7000 glue around the edges.

Power it on — if it lights up and everything works smoothly, you’ve just revived your ZTE A75 Pro!
⚡ Final Thoughts
This repair isn’t too tricky, but the battery adhesive can really test your patience.
Take it slow, stay organised, and you’ll get it done without breaking a sweat.
